Dinner at FIG was fantabulous. Nikki did not disappoint with this Gamay! 2018 Souhatt La Souteronne. Equally earthy and bright, nice soft finish went beautifully with everything from tartare to bouillabaisse, finishing with dark chocolate sorbet. @
